The INOVUM story

INOVUM S.R.L. is a company from Oradea, founded in 2011, that has grown steadily through adaptation, operational discipline and a focus on solutions of real value to its clients.

After its first steps in food and retail, the company recalibrated its direction and, from 2018 — when the majority stake changed hands and the new shareholders took a direct part in management — set out on a path of sustained, profitable growth. The first solid results came quickly: the company closed that year with a positive balance of 74,329 lei, confirming the direction it had chosen.

Today INOVUM is a general supplier of products and equipment, active nationally and internationally, with a proven ability to deliver varied projects completely, coherently and with full documentation — from educational equipment, solutions for public institutions and equipment for state inspection and security bodies, to medical products and specialised equipment for safety and protection services.

At the same time, we are always looking for new colleagues at the start of their careers, whom we support through mentoring and hands-on training, so that they build their skills quickly and become professionals in the field where their talent and interest lie.
