Cookie policy
This page explains what information the inovum.ro site keeps in your browser and which external services may load during your visit. It supplements the Privacy policy.
1. The site does not use cookies
The inovum.ro site does not set cookies: not for traffic analysis, not for advertising, not for tracking. We do not use social network pixels or scripts loaded from other domains. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a tool that does not use cookies and writes nothing to the browser; what it records is described in the Privacy policy, at point 9.6. That is why the site does not ask for your consent to cookies.
2. What is kept in your browser
A single item, kept in the browser's local storage (localStorage), not in a cookie:
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Sent to the server |
| inovum:fond | Remembers the display theme you chose (night or white). | Until you delete it | No |
The item is written only when you use the theme button in the header. It contains no personal data and never leaves the browser. It is strictly necessary for a function you expressly request, a case in which the law does not require consent (Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004). You can delete it at any time from your browser settings, by clearing the data saved by the site.
3. The forms
When you open a form, the page asks the server for an anti-spam code, valid for at most 6 hours. The code is kept only in the memory of the open page: it is not saved in cookies or in local storage, and it disappears when you close the page. What happens to the data you send through the forms is described in the Privacy policy, in section 9.
4. External services, loaded only at your request
- Vimeo (the film on the About us page): the player loads only after you press the play button, with the “Do Not Track” option turned on, which asks the player not to use cookies and not to track the session. Until then, the page shows only an image hosted on our own site.
- Google Maps: the office address is a link. The map opens on Google's site only if you click, and from there Google's rules apply.
- Social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and other sites we link to: these are plain links. We do not load buttons, comments or scripts from these services.
5. Changes
If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent before turning it on.
