Product return form

To return products ordered from this site, where the INOVUM return conditions set out below are met, please fill in the return form in full.

We will reply by e-mail or telephone within 3 working days with the return instructions.

For natural persons

Goods are returned by customers who are natural persons in the following cases:

1. RETURNING PRODUCTS WITHIN NO MORE THAN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

• The right of return does not affect the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; it supplements it, for the benefit of INOVUM customers. INOVUM offers the right of return for situations in which you want a product replaced because the number/size does not fit, or the colour of the item delivered is not the one ordered, or in the case of visible quality issues/manufacturing defects
• For a return, the return form must be filled in, ticking the return option and stating the reason and the number/size/colour requested
• The return form must be sent to sesizari@inovum.ro
• The products must have been bought no more than 7 days earlier
• They must be individually packed, in a way that preserves the properties of the products, and contain all accessories and labels
• The products must have been bought online, ordered by e-mail or bought in any INOVUM sales premises
• They must be accompanied by a copy of the supporting purchase document from INOVUM

Returns are not accepted for products that:

• show signs of use, damage or wear;
• cannot be accepted for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed, except for returns due to manufacturing defects;
• were personalised at the buyer's request, except for returns due to manufacturing defects.

Return transport:

• At your request, an INOVUM representative can process the parcel collection request, and the transport cost of 18 RON + VAT/outward + 18 RON + VAT/return (if you want the returned product replaced) will be borne by the customer
• If the reason for the return is a quantity or quality complaint accepted by INOVUM, the cost of the return will be borne by the supplier (paid by the recipient) only for parcel collection requests processed by INOVUM representatives

2. THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS (under GEO 34/2014)

The right of withdrawal and the instructions in this document apply only to the consumer – any natural person or group of natural persons constituted in associations, acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, production, craft or professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days:

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered/the delivery of goods consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good/last lot/last part.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – INOVUM S.R.L., with its registered office in Sântion 171D, Borș commune, Bihor county, Romania, telephone +40 771 476 768, e-mail sesizari@inovum.ro – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail. For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form provided by INOVUM S.R.L. (the “CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL FORM” available here), but its use is not mandatory. You may also fill in and submit electronically, through our website www.inovum.ro, the standard withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, without delay.
• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:

• If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
• We will collect the goods, or you can return them yourself directly to any INOVUM showroom/shop (presenting/stating the order or the order number).
• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If we collect the goods from you ourselves, in person or through a courier company, the direct cost of returning the goods is 18 lei per returned order.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. RETURNING PRODUCTS BECAUSE OF A QUALITY NON-CONFORMITY DISCOVERED DURING USE, WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD:

• The product return form must be filled in within the warranty period
• You have sent the return form to sesizari@inovum.ro
• You must obtain INOVUM's acceptance of the return as part of the process of resolving the quality complaint, by informing us of your intention at sesizari@inovum.ro
• The products must be within the warranty period specified in the purchase document
• They must be accompanied by a copy of the supporting purchase document from INOVUM
• If the above conditions are met, the cost of the return will be borne by the supplier (paid by the recipient) only for parcel collection requests processed by INOVUM representatives.

Refunds

If you have returned one or more products and selected the option of getting your money back, with INOVUM's agreement or where repair or replacement is not possible, the money will be refunded within no more than 14 days of the request being registered, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another means of refund. The amount will be refunded to the account from which you paid or to the account you specified in writing in the return form or at the e-mail address sesizari@inovum.ro.

For legal persons

Goods are returned by customers who are legal persons in the following cases:

1. Returning products because they do not match the technical specifications:

• The return form must be filled in
• You have sent the return form within 7 days, unless the sales contract agreed another period for checking the products and reporting apparent defects and faults
• They must be individually packed, in a way that preserves the properties of the products, and contain all accessories and labels
• They must be accompanied by a copy of the supporting purchase document
• Returns are not accepted for products that:
  • show signs of use, damage or wear;
  • cannot be accepted for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed;
  • were personalised at the buyer's request.
• If the above conditions are met, the cost of the return will be borne by the supplier (paid by the recipient) only for parcel collection requests processed by INOVUM representatives

2. Returning products because of a quality non-conformity discovered during use, within the warranty period:

• The return form must be filled in
• You have sent the return form to sesizari@inovum.ro
• You must obtain INOVUM's acceptance of the return as part of the process of resolving the quality complaint, by informing us of your intention at sesizari@inovum.ro
• The products must be within the warranty period specified in the purchase document
• They must be accompanied by a copy of the supporting purchase document
• If the above conditions are met, the cost of the return will be borne by the supplier (paid by the recipient) only for parcel collection requests processed by INOVUM representatives.

3. Express acceptance of a return by INOVUM in particular cases.

As a rule, INOVUM SRL does not accept returns of products by legal persons for any reason other than those listed in the previous points (1 and 2).

At the buyer's express request and at INOVUM SRL's free discretion, INOVUM SRL may refuse or accept the return, without any compensation whatsoever for the buyer, in whole or in part.

If INOVUM SRL accepts the return request, the return will be subject to a return service fee of 8% of the value of the returned items, but not less than 50 RON (a service that includes checking, repacking and returning them to stock), as well as to other special conditions that may be communicated following a request sent to sesizari@inovum.ro.
