Product delivery
Products are delivered according to your choice:
- To the address you give in the delivery form, through a courier service provider carefully selected by INOVUM SRL.
- Shipping is free for orders worth more than 2500 RON + VAT, only for deliveries within Romania
The delivery time is as follows:
- For products in INOVUM's stock – at most 2-5 working days from confirmation of payment into the INOVUM account (for payment by payment order or bank card).
- For products in the “MADE TO ORDER” category – the delivery time varies with the product ordered and can be communicated by an INOVUM sales representative.
Cash on delivery is not available at our company.
Please check that the parcels are intact when you receive them from the courier, and if a parcel is damaged (shows clear signs of impact/opening), please refuse to accept it.
